The School of Design, D Y Patil International University, Akurdi, successfully organized a 5-Day Faculty Development Program (FDP) on "Design Thinking for Future Design 5.0" from 22nd to 26th June 2026. The sessions were conducted by Mr. Rakesh Das, Head of Design, LOGILT India, focusing on AI-driven design, human-AI collaboration, responsible AI, AI-native product design, personalization, and future design skills. The FDP provided faculty members with valuable insights into emerging design practices, fostering innovation and preparing educators for the future of design education.
