The Summer School Workshop on "Stop Motion Animation Technique" by Mr. Ashish Sheje (Asst. Professor - MIT-ADT, Pune) was organized to introduce prospective and newly admitted B.Des students to the fundamentals of animation and creative storytelling through hands-on learning. The workshop aimed to familiarize students with the principles of stop motion animation, including object animation, clay animation, and cut-out animation techniques. It also intended to develop students' visual communication, creativity, and collaborative skills while providing exposure to the animation design process from concept development to final video production. The workshop served as an experiential platform to inspire students and showcase the learning opportunities available at the School of Design.
