Organized by: School of Commerce & Management, D.Y. Patil International University, Pune The School of Commerce & Management successfully organized a five-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on "Future-Ready Global Business Operations: AI, Sustainability, International Trade and Leadership Excellence" from 20th to 24th July 2026. The programme aimed to equip academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and postgraduate students with contemporary knowledge and practical insights into emerging global business trends. The FDP featured 10 distinguished experts from academia and industry who delivered sessions on Industry 5.0, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Digital Supply Chains, ESG and Sustainability, Circular Economy, Global Leadership, International Trade, Geopolitical Risk Management, and Future Workforce Competencies. Participants gained valuable exposure to technological advancements, sustainable business practices, digital transformation, and leadership strategies required in the evolving global business environment. Each day of the programme was coordinated by faculty members of the School of Commerce & Management, ensuring smooth execution and active participant engagement. The FDP concluded with a valedictory session highlighting the importance of integrating AI, sustainability, global leadership, and innovative pedagogies into teaching, research, and professional practice.
