The School of Commerce and Management, D. Y. Patil International University, Akurdi, Pune, successfully organised Alumni Unplugged – Series 1: Real Stories, Real Insights on 11th August 2026 for BBA students. The session featured Mr. Om Nitin Ghotkule, Managing Director, Real Estate & Land Development at Godham Group, as the invited alumni speaker. The interaction provided students with an opportunity to gain insights into his professional journey, real-world business experiences, career development, workplace challenges, and the skills required to navigate an evolving professional environment. The session was conducted and hosted by Dr. Pooja Dasgupta, School of Commerce and Management, who facilitated the interaction between the alumni speaker and the students. Through an engaging and interactive session, students connected their academic learning with practical professional realities. The discussion highlighted important aspects such as career planning, adaptability, continuous learning, professional preparedness, networking, and the development of industry-relevant skills.
