Excellence through Research-Informed Teaching & AI Integration
The School of Commerce and Management successfully organized a one-week Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Excellence through Research-Informed Teaching & AI Integration” from February 28 to March 6, 2026. The program was designed to facilitate a pedagogical shift by integrating personal research into curriculum delivery and mastering data through modern EDA and visualization tools.
Throughout the workshop, faculty engaged with cutting-edge AI platforms including Elicit.ai and Squirrel AI for literature mapping, Trinka AI and Journal Finder for publication excellence, and Julius.ai and RAWGraphs for advanced data analysis. The FDP concluded with a clear roadmap toward increasing ABDC/Scopus/WoS-indexed publications, enhancing student feedback through research-backed content, and significantly reducing administrative research time through AI automation.
