Is DYPIU a UGC Recognized University?

Yes, it is a UGC recognized State Private University.

Is DYPIU affiliated to AICTE?

Being a university, it is recognized by UGC. Affiliation from AICTE is not required for a university. Having said that, we are in process of getting AICTE approval.

Does university provide campus placement?

Yes, DYPIU facilitates campus placement assistance for all eligible students.

Does the university provide hostel facilities?

Yes, enough hostel accommodation is available on campus for both boys and girls. All the hostel buildings are provided with a 24 hrs security guard facility.

Application / Admission/ Registration Form
  • Fill the application form available online at www.dypiu.ac.in and submit by paying Registration fees Rs. 1000/- (Non- Refundable).
  • Offline: The application form can be obtained from the admission cell of the DYPIU by paying non-refundable fees Rs. 1000/-.
Required Documents

The details of documents will be available on “Provisional admission mail”.

Verification of Documents
  • Upload all the original documents (10th, 12th, Graduation, cast certificate, Entrance Scorecard, bonafide, Kashmiri migrants/non- migrants, TC/ Migration of last school/ College/ University) for verification purposes.
  • After verification, an Admission Offer Letter will be issued to deposit the requisite fees.
Entrance Test

Entrance test are for B.Tech. CSE, B.Tech. Bioengineering, BCA & MCA.

Shortlisted students will receive a Digital Provisional Admission Offer Letter on the registered email ID of the candidate. Admission will be offered based on Merit.

We will issue a provisional admission, which you can confirm by paying the fees.

Pay the Fees

Deposit the fees and collect the receipt.

Admission Confirmation

Admission Letter will be issued with PRN No.

ERP Registration
  • Download the COLLPOLL app on mobile
  • The official ID will be generated for each valid candidate and login credentials will be provided to the student.
  • On official mail id student will receive login credentials for ERP (Coll Poll)
  • Login ERP account and fill the ERP form and note the Application Number for future reference.
Refund policy

2. 90% Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission
3. 80% 15 days or less after the formally-notified last date of admission
4. 50% 30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after formally-notified last date of admission
5. 0% More than 30 days after formally-notified last date of admission

Fee Refund Policy for the Admission cancellation of AY 2025-26

As per the UGC circular D.O. No. F.2 -71l2022(CPP-ll) C-114546 dated 12th June, 2024, it is proposed to refund the fee for the cancellation of Admission as per the following.

Till 30th September 2024 -- 100 percent refund.

1st October 2024 to 31st October 2024- Only Rs 1000/- deduction, rest refund.

1st November 2024 onwards - No refund
